Skyrim mod turned standalone mystery The Forgotten City arrives this summer

A standalone adaption of the award-winning Skyrim mod of the same name, The Forgotten City retains the same setup. Live over the final day of a utopian subsurface society, and untangle the events that led to its inhabitants comme il faut solid Au statues—and if you're smart enough, possibly preclude them wholly.
Going standalone means swapping Tamriel for ancient Capital of Italy. But it also means giving the originative mod's script (which won an Australian Writers' Guild award in 2016) more way to breath, no longer tied down by mountains of Elder Scrolls lore.
We got our first extended look into at The Forgotten Metropolis last summer, and spell its subterranean Roman townspeople looks beautiful, that drone highlighted some spotty framerates and tiddley animations.
